There are two ways to check the remaining balance on your Gift Card:

  • On Line

    • To login to your Gift Card account click here. All your need is your card number and Pin number.

  • By using SMS from any mobile phone*
  • Enter the following text message: card number, Pin number, BAL (for example: 5021180000010820,1234,BAL)
  • And send it to: 0427 458 535

  • We will text you back your Gift Card balance immediately
*On line balance enquiries are free of charge. A fee of 50 cents is charged for each balance enquiry by SMS. Fees
