Fees and Charges
- If you make a balance enquiry by SMS, you will be charged $0.50 and if you make a balance enquiry via the website there is no charge.
- If you attempt to make a transaction at an EFTPOS terminal and the transaction is declined due to insufficient funds, a fee of $1 will be deducted from the residual value on the card.
- The card cannot be used at ATM terminals or to withdraw cash from EFTPOS terminals. If you attempt to use the card at an ATM, the transaction will be declined and a transaction denial fee of $2 will be deducted from the residual value of the card.
